Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning on every floor (but not in the individual rooms), heating as well as a washing machine. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
